OUR POLICIES
Deposit

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your special day with us, a deposit invoice will be emailed to you upon your request. Deposit invoices not completed in a timely manner, will result in cancellation of your contract.

Final payments are due 1 week prior to event date.

All deposits are Non Refundable

Final count, timing and location must be confirmed no less than 2 weeks before your event date. Subtractions of party members/services can be made upon until 2 weeks prior to your event date- subtractions made after the final confirmation period will result in a 50% charge of all services/members subtracted.

CRE does NOT CHARGE service fees, additional artist fees, early hour fees, multiple travel fees, or automatic gratuity.

We accept cash, credit, venmo and PayPal. Checks are accepted no less than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Postponements

CRE allows an event to be postponed to any date of your choice with an additional prepayment of 25% of your current contract total (this prepayment will be deducted from your contract total and your remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to your event date).

Events that are canceled outright within 60 days of the event date, with no rescheduling, will be subject to a 25% fee of the current contract balance, as well as forfeiture of your deposit.

Events that are canceled less than 60 days prior to event date will be subject to 50% fee of the current contract balance.

Events that are canceled less than 30 days prior to event date will be subject to a 100% fee of the current contract balance.

Final payments are due no later than 1 week prior to event date. Any late payments will be subject to a $50 late payment fee.
Trials

Trial scheduling begins every January for that current year’s weddings- ex. January 2023, 2023 brides will be contacted to begin scheduling their trials.

During peak bridal season (May-October) trials will be unable to be scheduled on a weekend.

If you reserve CRE one month or less before your event date, a trial may not be able to be accommodated.

Trials are separate and apart from your contract (unless a package is purchased) and payment is due on the day of your trial session.

In the event that you must cancel your trial appointment, due to our demand, CRE may be unable to accommodate a reschedule. We will certainly do our best and work with you with additional options.
Safety

CRE only uses artists licensed by the State Board of Cosmetology- who are thoroughly trained in disease prevention and sanitation. Please contact CRE directly with any allergies, sensitivities, or additional health concerns - all information remains confidential.
Insurance

CRE is licensed and insured, liability certificates are available upon request.
